Appropriates $500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for grants to the city of Little Falls, Morrison County, or both for hangar renovation at Little Falls/Morrison County Airport (Lindbergh Field).

Authorized activities include predesign, design, construction, renovation, furnishing, and equipping of an airplane hangar at the airport.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $500,000 to provide the appropriated funds, following Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
