Appropriates funding from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for the targeted community capital project grant program under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.9924.

Allocates $2,000,000 of the appropriated amount as a grant to the Open Hands Foundation for construction, renovation, and equipment of the Hope House Crisis Shelter located at 3010 West 78th Street in Excelsior, Minnesota.

Funds remain available until the Hope House Crisis Shelter project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
