Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 256R.53 to add a new subdivision providing an exception for a nursing facility located in Minnetonka licensed for 21 beds as of February 1, 2024

Requires the commissioner to use funding from the moratorium exceptions process under section 144A.073 to calculate the facility's property rate beginning July 1, 2024

Sets the final building valuation for property payment rate purposes as the greater of either the limited depreciated replacement cost determined by physical building appraisal or 105 percent of the estimated total building valuation from the moratorium application
