Appropriates $20,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Tamarack for demolition and removal of the Tamarack school building.

Demolition project includes separation from the gymnasium and shop area building, removal and disposal of debris, site remediation, hazardous materials abatement, and restoration and waterproofing of exposed interior walls.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $20,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
