Excludes transportation protection agreements from the definition of "burial site services" in Minnesota Statutes section 149A.02, subdivision 3b.

Amends the definition of "funeral services" to explicitly exclude travel protection agreements in section 149A.02, subdivision 23.

Adds new definition of "transportation protection agreement" as an agreement primarily for the purpose of transporting the remains of a dead human body in section 149A.02, subdivision 38a.

Exempts travel protection agreements from trust fund requirements that normally apply to prepaid funeral goods and services under section 149A.97, subdivision 2.
