Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of natural resources for feasibility study, engineering, and construction of three trail segments.

First segment runs from the city of Little Falls to the Camp Ripley Military Museum.

Second segment extends from Blanchard Dam in Morrison County to Lindbergh State Park.

Third segment connects the Paul Bunyan Trail in the city of Baxter to the city of Pillager.

Appropriation is one-time and available until the project is completed or abandoned under Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.
