Directs the revisor of statutes to replace "husband," "wife," "husband and wife," and "husband or wife" with "spouse," "spouses," or similar gender-neutral terms throughout Minnesota Statutes.

Allows the revisor to retain original gendered terms where the context indicates they should remain.

Requires the revisor to make grammatical changes necessary to accommodate the new gender-neutral terminology.
