Increases maximum grant amount per lot for single-family, duplex, triplex, or fourplex housing from $30,000 to $40,000 under the Greater Minnesota Housing Infrastructure program.

Maintains maximum grant of $180,000 per lot for multifamily housing with more than four units per building.

Retains the two-year cap of $500,000 per city for one or more housing developments.

Appropriates $20,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for the Greater Minnesota Housing Infrastructure grant program.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue up to $20,000,000 in state bonds to provide the appropriated funding.
