Designates personal information of judicial officials (judges, justices, court employees, and administrative law judges) as private data, effective August 1, 2024.

Defines protected personal information as residential addresses of judicial officials and their families, non-government phone numbers and emails, children's names, and names of children's schools or care facilities when linked to judicial officials.

Prohibits public posting, publishing, or selling of judicial officials' personal information on the Internet except for news stories on matters of public concern, voluntarily disseminated information, or information shared at the official's request.

Requires judicial officials to submit sworn affidavits to request removal of their personal information from websites or publications, with a 30-day removal deadline enforceable by court order.

Creates criminal penalties: misdemeanor for knowingly publishing a judicial official's personal information with intent to threaten, intimidate, harass, or injure; felony if the violation causes bodily harm.
