Appropriates $1,500,000 for state veterans cemeteries, with up to $500,000 for land acquisition in southeastern, southwestern, northwestern, and northeastern Minnesota and the remainder for predesign, design, construction, and equipment.

Extends bond sale authorization and appropriation deadline from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2034 for veterans cemetery projects.

Directs commissioner of veterans affairs to plan and determine sites for four state veterans cemeteries (one in each region: northeastern, northwestern, southeastern, and southwestern Minnesota).

Requires commissioner to give priority consideration to land owned and proposed for donation by Fillmore County for the southeastern Minnesota cemetery site.

Specifies that following completion of legislatively authorized cemeteries in northwestern Minnesota, Redwood, St. Louis, and Fillmore Counties, final federal reimbursement must be appropriated for asset preservation of veterans homes statewide.
