Appropriates $10,500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Edina for capital improvements at the Edina Aquatic Center

Eligible improvements include major projects to preserve or replace mechanical or electrical systems, utility infrastructure, and site renovations to support ongoing operations and energy conservation improvements

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $10,500,000 to provide the appropriated funds
