• Removes turf, yard, and garden equipment, outdoor power equipment, and portable generators from the off-road/nonroad equipment exclusion.

• Removes stand-alone or integrated stationary or mobile internal combustion engines and generator sets from the exclusion list.

• Maintains existing exclusions for motor vehicles, medical devices, video game consoles, energy storage systems, critical infrastructure IT equipment, and cybersecurity-related materials.
