Extends the reporting deadline for the Direct Care Services Corps pilot project evaluation from January 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026, with the Metropolitan Center for Independent Living reporting findings on health care costs, personal care assistant retention, and patient/provider satisfaction.

Extends the availability of the $500,000 fiscal year 2024 appropriation for the Direct Care Services Corps pilot project from June 30, 2026 to an unspecified later date to allow continued funding.

Maintains up to $25,000 in administrative costs available to the Metropolitan Center for Independent Living from the pilot project appropriation.

Appropriates $50,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2025 for an interagency employment supports alignment study with a base of $150,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $100,000 in fiscal year 2027.

Includes various other human services appropriations totaling $40,115,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $11,995,000 in fiscal year 2025 for case management training, long-term care ombudsperson staff, and Native American elder coordinator positions.
