Appropriates $2,651,000 from the state transportation fund bond proceeds account to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Greenfield for road improvements.

Funds design, engineering, construction, and reconstruction of Greenfield Road as a paved road from U.S. Highway 55 to County State-Aid Highway 10 (Woodland Trail), including associated stormwater improvements.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $2,651,000 to provide the appropriated funds, with proceeds credited to the bond proceeds account in the state transportation fund.

Specifies this appropriation is in addition to a previous appropriation under Laws 2023, chapter 72, article 2, section 7, subdivision 9, and does not require a nonstate contribution.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
