Amends Laws 2023, chapter 40, article 3 to adjust total parks and trails fund appropriation from $72,155,000 to $70,615,000.

Appropriates $28,572,000 the first year and $27,988,000 the second year to the Department of Natural Resources for state parks, recreation areas, and trails, including land acquisition, maintenance, and coordination with partners on the 25-year parks and trails legacy plan.

Appropriates $14,286,000 the first year and $13,994,000 the second year for grants to regional parks and trails outside the seven-county metropolitan area, with $475,000 annually for the Greater Minnesota Regional Parks and Trails Commission.

Requires the commissioner to contract with Conservation Corps Minnesota for at least $850,000 each year for restoration and maintenance activities.

Extends grant availability deadlines for four parks projects from Laws 2021: Bluffs Traverse Trail (Winona) to June 30, 2026; Jay C. Hormel Nature Center (Austin), Hole in the Mountain Park (Lincoln County), and Alexander Ramsey Park (Redwood Falls) each to June 30, 2027.
