Appropriates $35,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Mahnomen Health Center Joint Powers Board.

Funds must be used to construct, furnish, and equip a new hospital facility in the city of Mahnomen.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $35,000,000 to provide the appropriated money.

Bond issuance follows procedures specified in Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
