Appropriates $2,475,000 from bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Buhl to design and construct public infrastructure including sewers, water systems, street construction, wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and ADA-compliant pedestrian improvements.

Appropriates $900,000 from bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Public Safety for a grant to the city of Buhl for fire hall improvements including mechanical and electrical system replacements, utility infrastructure, energy conservation improvements, and a garage addition for equipment and vehicles.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $2,475,000 for the public infrastructure projects and up to $900,000 for the fire hall improvements in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Both sections become effective the day following final enactment.
