Appropriates $35,000,000 from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for town roads and bridges, with $25,000,000 designated for town roads and $10,000,000 for town bridges.

Distributes funds according to Minnesota Statutes, section 162.081.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $35,000,000 to provide the appropriated money.

Bond sale and issuance governed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
