Appropriates $1,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Gilbert for community center renovation.

Funds designated for heating system replacement, window replacement, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance updates, and bathroom and kitchen improvements at the Gilbert Community Center.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,000,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
