Amends Laws 2023, chapter 72, article 2, section 3, subdivision 4 regarding the National Loon Center appropriation in Crosslake.

Appropriates $2,500,000 to the city of Crosslake for site preparation, predesign, and design of a new building and outdoor public space improvements.

Funds allocated for constructing a national loon center building to house visitor, education, and exhibit facilities open to the general public, including surface lot parking areas.

Allows any remaining funds after completion of site preparation, predesign, and design to be applied toward construction costs for the same project.

Effective the day following final enactment.
