Appropriates $900,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency commissioner to contract with the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation for the Minnesota homeless study.

Funding must be used exclusively for activities directly related to the triennial Minnesota homeless study.

Establishes a base appropriation of $900,000 in fiscal year 2026 only.

Requires the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation to submit a copy of the study findings to chairs and ranking minority members of legislative committees with jurisdiction over housing and homelessness.
