$962,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for grants to Sherburne County and/or the city of Becker for design and right-of-way acquisition for interchange improvements at U.S. Highway 10, Trunk Highway 25, and local roads in Becker and Becker Township.

$2,886,000 appropriated from the trunk highway fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of transportation for interchange project costs functionally related to the trunk highway system.

Interchange project aimed at improving safety and mobility and eliminating dangerous conflicts between vehicles, trucks, rail, and pedestrian traffic.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $962,000 to fund the bond proceeds appropriation, subject to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
