Appropriates $15,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Minnetonka for improvements to The Marsh facility.

Funding covers property acquisition, design, construction, and equipment for interior renovations including ADA accessibility upgrades, energy-efficient mechanical systems, and safety design improvements.

Includes money for exterior improvements consisting of structural repairs and natural resource site enhancements to protect and enhance the environment.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $15,000,000 to provide the appropriated funds, following Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
