Appropriates $1,500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of natural resources for accessibility and rehabilitation improvements to the Gitchi Gami State Trail.

Includes funding for improvements at Flood Bay State Wayside and additional projects along the trail between Gooseberry Falls State Park and Split Rock Lighthouse State Park.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,500,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
