Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 256D.01, subdivision 1b to modify the general assistance standard of assistance for residents of licensed residential facilities.

Recipients residing in licensed residential facilities (excluding homeless shelters) receive reduced assistance rather than the full general assistance standard.

Recipients receiving housing assistance under chapter 256I in licensed residential facilities receive 70 percent of the general assistance standard for personal needs.

Recipients in other licensed residential facilities receive the personal needs allowance authorized for medical assistance recipients under section 256B.35.
