Requires the Minnesota Commissioner of Health to allow licensed hospitals to obtain opiate antagonists through a web-based portal administered by the commissioner.

Permits hospitals to distribute opiate antagonists to patients upon discharge who may need them in the future, including patients who exhibited symptoms of opioid use disorder or were treated for opioid use disorder or overdose.

Defines "opiate antagonist" according to Minnesota Statutes section 604A.04, subdivision 1.

Makes participation voluntary, stating hospitals are not required to order or obtain opiate antagonists through the specified portal.
