Appropriates $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 from the general fund to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for a grant to the Coalition of Asian American Leaders.

Grant funds support Asian Minnesotan women to start, manage, and grow micro and small businesses through outreach, training, and peer network development.

Grant proceeds provide direct financial assistance to Asian Minnesotan women entrepreneurs and technical assistance for financial literacy, capital sourcing, and navigation of state and federal small business programs.

Appropriation is one-time only and available until June 30, 2026.
