• Removes school lunch aid from the list of aids paid at 100 percent in current fiscal year, effective July 1, 2024.

• Adds reference to subdivision 14a in the general aid payment percentage subdivision to clarify that nutrition programs are governed by separate rules.

• Establishes that state nutrition program aid under sections 124D.111, 124D.1158, and 124D.118 shall be paid at 100 percent of the current year based on submitted monthly vouchers showing meals and milk served.

• All amendments to Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 127A.45 take effect July 1, 2024.
