Extends the suspension of earnings limitations for retired teachers who return to teaching under the Teachers Retirement Association (TRA) and St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association (SPTRFA) through fiscal year 2027 and calendar year 2028.

Allows reemployed teachers covered by TRA to receive full annuity payments regardless of salary earned during fiscal years 2022-2027, with annuity payments made during calendar years 2023-2028.

Allows reemployed teachers covered by SPTRFA to receive full annuity payments without deferral or forfeiture regardless of salary earned during calendar years 2022-2027, with annuity payments made during calendar years 2023-2028.

Changes the expiration date of the earnings limitation suspension from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2029.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
