Requires the Minnesota Commissioner of Education to include contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and people with disabilities in the history of the country and state during the review and revision of social studies academic standards beginning in the 2020-2021 school year.

Mandates the commissioner implement a ten-year review and revision cycle for state academic standards and related benchmarks across multiple subject areas including mathematics, arts, science, language arts, social studies, and physical education.

Requires the commissioner to embed Indigenous education for all students consistent with recommendations from Tribal Nations and urban Indigenous communities, including topics such as Tribal histories, Indigenous languages, sovereignty issues, cultures, treaty rights, governments, and socioeconomic experiences.

Directs school districts and charter schools to revise and align local academic standards and high school graduation requirements in health, world languages, and career and technical education.

Requires the commissioner to embed technology and information literacy standards and ethnic studies into state academic standards consistent with recommendations from school media specialists.
