Prohibits political subdivisions (cities, counties, municipalities) from adopting or enforcing any ordinance, local law, or rule that regulates transportation network companies as defined under Minnesota Statutes section 65B.472, subdivision 1, paragraph (e)

Centralizes regulation of transportation network companies at the state level, preempting local government authority

Becomes effective the day following final enactment

Proposes new statute section 471.9999 in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 471
