Appropriates $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2024 and an unspecified amount for fiscal year 2025 for area learning center transportation aid, with any unused first-year balance carrying forward to the second year.

Changes are effective for revenue in fiscal year 2025 and later, except appropriations provisions which take effect July 1, 2024.
