Amends Laws 2023, chapter 62, article 1, section 11, subdivision 4 (Fiscal Agent appropriations to the Commissioner of Administration) with appropriations of $31,121,000 in year one and $23,833,000 in year two, with a base of $15,833,000 for FY2026 and beyond

Removes the "onetime appropriation" designation from the $500,000 annual block grants to public television, making this funding ongoing

Maintains existing appropriations including $11,129,000 annually for in-lieu of rent costs, $1,550,000 annually for public television matching grants, and $250,000 annually for public television equipment grants

Continues public radio funding including $2,392,000/$1,242,000 for community service grants, $1,020,000 annually for Minnesota Public Radio equipment grants (including Emergency Alert and AMBER Alert system upgrades), and onetime grants for emergency equipment and diverse community radio news service

Allocates $12,000,000 in year one and $8,000,000 in year two for real estate and construction services to support state space consolidation and hybrid work environment transition, available until June 30, 2027
