Appropriates $3,500,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Film Society of Minneapolis St. Paul.

Grant funds are designated for acquiring real property and designing, constructing, furnishing, and equipping the expansion of the Main Cinema on historic Main Street in Minneapolis.

This is a onetime appropriation available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.

Effective the day following final enactment.
