Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 144.99, subdivision 3, regarding correction orders issued by the health commissioner.

Extends the deadline for requesting reconsideration of a correction order from 7 calendar days to 15 calendar days after receipt of the order.

Requires reconsideration requests to be submitted in writing by certified mail and must specify which parts are in error, explain why, and provide supporting documentation.

Requires the commissioner to respond to reconsideration requests within 15 calendar days of receipt.

A reconsideration request does not stay the correction order, but the commissioner may grant additional compliance time after reviewing the request; the commissioner's decision is final.
