Appropriates $10,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Asian Economic Development Association.

Grant funds designated for acquiring, designing, constructing, furnishing, and equipping renovation and expansion of the organization's building in St. Paul.

Appropriation includes money to retire existing debt on the real property.

This is a onetime appropriation available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.

Effective the day following final enactment.
