Defines "sanctuary city" as a home rule charter or statutory city that prohibits or restricts public safety officials from inquiring about citizenship or immigration status.

Prohibits sanctuary cities from lawfully cooperating with or aiding federal immigration enforcement officials, or sharing citizenship and immigration status data with federal, state, or local entities.

Makes sanctuary cities ineligible for all state aid, state grants, local government aid, and county program aid.

Extends ineligibility to federal aid and grants if allowed under law.
