Memorializes the President and United States Congress to extend funding for the Affordable Connectivity Program, which provides citizens with access to broadband services.

Congress appropriated more than $14 billion for the Affordable Connectivity Program in 2021 as part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

Current funding for the program is projected to be exhausted in early 2024, with approximately 241,000 Minnesota households and 23 million households nationally currently enrolled.

Urges each member of the Minnesota congressional delegation to support continued funding so low-income households can maintain access to broadband and participate in the digital marketplace.

Directs the Minnesota Secretary of State to transmit copies of this memorial to the President, congressional leadership, and all members of the Minnesota congressional delegation.
