Modifies Minnesota Statutes 2023 Supplement, section 342.63, subdivision 6, regarding cannabis labeling requirements for microbusinesses, mezzobusinesses, retailers, and medical cannabis businesses.

Requires retailers to provide science-supported factual information about impairment effects, timing of effects, side effects, adverse effects, mental health risks, developing brain risks, pregnancy/breast feeding contraindications, addiction potential, medication interactions, and other health risks.

Updates motor vehicle safety statement to specify eight hours after consuming edible THC-containing products or four hours after smoking or vaping THC-containing products, replacing vague language about operating vehicles "while under the influence."

Requires retailers to provide contact information for poison control and a safety hotline or website for reporting adverse effects, substance use disorder treatment options, and office-specified resources for customer questions.

Allows retailers to include required information through in-store posting or by providing separate documents or pamphlets to customers at the point of purchase, rather than affixing all information directly to product packaging.
