Prohibits chain community pharmacies with 75 or more Minnesota locations under common ownership or control from establishing quotas related to individual or collective pharmacist, pharmacist intern, or pharmacy technician duties.

Defines "quota" as a fixed number or formula measuring tasks or services performed, including prescriptions filled, vaccines given, services rendered, programs offered, or revenue obtained.

Prohibits chain pharmacies from communicating the existence of illegal quotas to employees or contractors through any means.

Allows chain pharmacies to assess competency and performance through non-quota-based measurements and does not restrict pharmacy-level revenue measurements unrelated to individual employee performance.

Makes establishing quotas in violation of this section grounds for disciplinary action against a chain community pharmacy by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.
