Appropriates $8,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Asian American Business Resiliency Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Funds designated for predesign, design, renovation, construction, furnishing, and equipping of a new world cultural heritage corridor at 425 Rice Street in St. Paul.

Appropriation remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.

This is a onetime appropriation.
