Amends Minnesota Statutes section 31.74 to add labeling requirements for food products that contain both honey and another sweetener and resemble honey in appearance.

Requires labels for such products to include a statement of identity that accurately identifies or describes the nature of the food and its characterizing properties or ingredients.

Mandates that ingredient statements list the common or usual name of each ingredient in descending order of predominance by weight.

Labeling requirements must comply with federal law, federal regulations incorporated under section 31.101, subdivision 7, and anti-misbranding prohibitions in sections 31.02 and 34A.03.
