Appropriates $7,457,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to Tonka Bay to design, construct, and equip water and sewer infrastructure replacement and street reconstruction in the Brentwood Avenue area (including Brentwood Avenue, Bay Street, Woodland Street, Florence Drive, Pleasant Avenue, and Birch Bluff Road).

Appropriates $6,245,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to Tonka Bay to design, construct, and equip water and sewer infrastructure replacement and street reconstruction in the Lakeview Avenue area (including Lakeview Avenue, Sunrise Avenue, Hillcrest Drive, Cedar Street, and Waseca Avenue).

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds in amounts up to $7,457,000 for the Brentwood Avenue project and up to $6,245,000 for the Lakeview Avenue project, for a total of $13,702,000.

Both sections are effective the day following final enactment.
