Appropriates $200,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of administration for statue replacement in Statutory Hall at the U.S. Capitol.

Replaces the statue of Henry Mower Rice with a statue of Hubert H. Humphrey in the Statutory Hall in the United States Capitol.

Funds cover removal and transportation of the Henry Mower Rice statue to the Minnesota State Historical Society, recasting of the existing Hubert H. Humphrey statue from the Minnesota State Capitol mall, and erection of the new statue in Statutory Hall.

Appropriation is onetime and available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
