City of Stewart must receive its withheld 2023 local government aid payment under Minnesota Statutes section 477A.013, notwithstanding the penalty provisions of section 477A.017, subdivision 3.

State auditor must certify to the commissioner of revenue that the city submitted its annual financial reporting form for 2022 by June 1, 2024 for the aid to be released.

Commissioner of revenue must pay $87,501.50 to the city of Stewart by June 30, 2024.

The bill becomes effective the day following final enactment.
