Appropriates $300,000 from the arts and cultural heritage fund in fiscal year 2025 to the Minnesota Humanities Center for a 50th anniversary commemoration program of the Vietnam War/Southeast Asian conflict.

Requires the Minnesota Humanities Center to consult with the Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans to ensure Vietnamese, Lao, Cambodian, and Hmong communities and Minnesota Vietnam veterans are recognized and honored in the program design and implementation.

Mandates collaboration between the Minnesota Humanities Center and the council to leverage their relationships with Southeast Asian Minnesotan communities to ensure meaningful participation from smaller, less-experienced communities in the commemoration program.

Allows any remaining funds after program completion to be used by the Minnesota Humanities Center for other authorized purposes and made available until expended.
