Requires publicly funded sports facilities with seating capacity of 10,000 or more to accept cash payments for all sales of goods and services, including admission, parking, concessions, and merchandise.

Defines "publicly funded sports facility" as one that received financial support from the state, county, or city, including preferential tax treatment or state/county/city appropriations, grants, or loans for construction, maintenance, improvement, or operations.

Authorizes the Minnesota Attorney General to bring enforcement actions against any person or entity that violates the cash payment requirement under state consumer protection law.

Becomes effective July 1, 2024.
