Removes language requiring Department of Revenue to assess parental contribution amounts and discloses income information for this purpose, while maintaining other data-sharing provisions for child support and benefit programs.

Applies to children with developmental disabilities or related conditions, except those receiving TEFRA medical assistance or home and community-based waiver services.
