• Grant funds will design, construct, furnish, and equip a Trades Learning and Workforce Center addition to the White Earth Tribal and Community College in Mahnomen

• Center will expand educational and workforce opportunities in skilled trades and construction technology for local and statewide Minnesota use

• Appropriation is onetime and available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642
