Office of Cannabis Management may establish rules to disqualify individuals from holding cannabis business licenses or working in cannabis businesses based on civil or regulatory violations from other state agencies, and must have access to all investigative and regulatory data regardless of classification.

Office of Cannabis Management may inspect unlicensed commercial premises where cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, processing, or sale is occurring, and may seize, detain, or embargo cannabis products found during inspections with court authorization for destruction.

Prohibition on selling, offering for sale, or facilitating the sale of empty packaging that would violate cannabis packaging requirements under section 342.62.

Department of Health must transfer all active and inactive complaint data and registration data related to alleged violations of medical cannabis regulations to the Office of Cannabis Management by July 1, 2024.

Office of Cannabis Management may access confidential health department data related to medical cannabis manufacturers, including complaint files and patient data, while maintaining the original data classification.
